I had to put a rush on this one! A very good friend of my husband wanted to have a special card for his Mom for Mother's Day this year, and the only request that he had was to make it something patriotic and for a Mom. This is what I came up with. It's very patriotic, but also has a ribbon with a heart charm on it and a lovely quote from Abraham Lincoln that is perfect for Mother's Day. I have to admit that I was a little worried about doing a card like this for Mother's Day, but I really kind of like it after seeing it done. I hope she likes it too.
