A Spring Stroll...The Latest M5D Releases

Hi Friends,
Sorry that it's been a little while since I have posted.  It has just been a whirlwind of goings on here.
I am back today with a post from the newest of the M5D releases.  I am in a spring mood, so I really wanted to express that in my card this week.  I recently saw a card done in these colors, and it really captured my attention.  With that inspiration, I wanted to create a similar card.  I did need to create a card with some colors out of my comfort zone anyway.  I am always leaning towards the pinks and pastels, so this was a refreshing change for me.  I hope you enjoy it too and have a look at the great new M5D releases this week.   I am running a little low on supplies and haven't been out craft shopping or shopping online in ages, so I am thinking the time is drawing near to make a purchase.  In the meantime, I was in need of a flower that I did not have, so if you will notice..in my desperation, I scrunched up some tissue paper and created a flower out of that.  I seriously did not think that was going to work for me, but to my surprise, it didn't turn out half bad.  What a relief!  It took all of about 5 seconds to do too!!!  My favorite kind of thing to make....quick and easy ;)  Give it a try in a pinch if you are in the same situation as I was.

My tissue paper flower...

Wow! I'm so impressed! You made that beautiful flower out of scrunched up tissue paper! Amazing! gorgeous card! Love the colors and all the detail. I think your the first paper-crafter I ever met though that is 'low on supplies'. Most of us our 'hoarders' who buy way more than we need or what we will ever use. Good for you for having such self-control. I certainly don't!
